AC Enterprises, LLC. originally started as a long term residential rental company in Northern California. After a shift in housing demands, we began moving into corporate housing, short term rentals and vacation homes. We partner with Residential and Commercial Landlords. We guaranteed Income for the owner of the property and owners don’t have to worry about all the hassle of being a landlord.
